major job responsibilities主要工作職責：
1. be responsible for gl booking ， bs reconciliation, china gaap is/bs/cf report and other financial reporting. 嚴格按照財務政策負責總賬，如工資預提等總賬費用預提和請款單審核。負責中國會計準則下的利潤表，資產負責表，現金流量表及其他指定的財務報告。
2. responsible for monthly ar booking and closing on time, make sure closing timely & accuracy. prepare ar aging report， sale report, andd other financial reporting. 負責月度及年度客戶模具、應收的記賬以及結賬，應收賬款賬齡分析，銷售報告,確保結賬及報告及時性、準確性。
3. provide financial information which reflect business facts, impacts, issues and trends, in finance metrics format, focusing on forecast and pro-active actions. 提供真實透明，反映業務事實的的財務數據，關注預算及事前控制。
4. strengthen plant internal control. 加強內部控制管理，盡量規避內控風險 。
5. improve accounting accuracy to meet management requirement and make sure no big adjustment on audit reports. 不斷提高記賬即時性及準確性，滿足管理層的要求，并確保審計報告沒有重大調整。
任職要求key requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, finance accounting or related major 本科及以上學歷,會計或其他財務相關專業
2. at least 5 years finance working experience in manufacturing environment, be familiar with finance policy both in prc gaap and us gaap至少5年制造業財務工作經驗, 熟悉中國及美國會計準則
3. sap working experience will be preferred優先考慮有sap工作經驗者
4. good communication skills both in english and chinese具有較強的中、英文溝通能力；
5. good teamwork player, have strong responsibility and can work under high pressure具有較強的團隊合作精神；具有很強的工作責任心，能承擔較大的工作壓力；
6. godd ms office software skill具有較強的辦公軟件操作技能；
