The Senior Process Engineer will be based in Suzhou SIP. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: PCBA process control and improvement; New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling; Customer and internal communication; Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability; Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters; Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements; Evaluate and select various engineered materials; Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products; Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities; Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods; Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer; Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer. Here is some of what you’ll need (required): College or above degree; Above 5 years’ experience in PCBA; Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience; Skillful in PCBA process. Good at English reading and writing; Good at report editing capability; Have good communication skill with OEM customer; Willing to learn Here are a few of our preferred experiences: Good at speaking English Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge; Can use statistic method to analysis.
