Job Summary- Following the rules of EHS, make SGA to be the main supplier in customer by developing and coordinating SGA resources to serve the customer well.- Enhance Focused market sales coverage and technical support.- Develop key segment application in accordance with SGA strategyCore responsibility- Achieve segment and individual sales target.- Business development in segment in accordance with SGA business strategy,such as auto body, aerospace and metal working- Coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sale. Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming.- To work closely with the application technologies team to provide technical support and field services to the customers;- Develop new application market and find new customers, improving market range. - To collect and update market information on a regular basis, and make the marketing study.- To ensure long-term business prospects with the customers and profit oriented result to the Company.- Set up and maintain good relationship with end users, gain customer trust and continuously get new project opportunities, follow up new projects well; Build and keep good cooperation relationship with partner (distributor) and different departments inside SGA to fulfill high efficiency cooperation; And based on it, manage end users and distributors well.- Be familiar with Abrasives industry and its grinding application. Collect and update market information on a regular basis, and make the marketing study. Identify and warn potential business risks and has the ability to summarize the development characteristics and trends for specific segment.- Conduct daily sales work timely and efficiently, such as customer information collection, sample application and management, customer test arrangement, order placement for direct customer, special price application, price system management, AR (Account Receivable) push, delivery management, urgent order coordination and follow up, customer training seminar organization, etc. Has the ability to deal with most complaints; Provide monthly order and sales forecast promptly; Submit high quality report like travel report and monthly report, etc.- Coach and lead team to help them to realize skill development and individual growth- Manage Funnel and TAP projects well; according to the requirement to do PSP project.- Any other tasks assigned by the Superior.* Typical Education Level Demo: Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering, marketing or sales background is a plus.* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills - Above 5-year relevant technical sales working experiences in industry, have knowledge of Abrasives product is a plus. - Excellent sales skill. - Good experience in coaching and lead sales team is a plus - General computer skills, especially MS Office. - Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. office - Good writing and oral in English is a plus. 工作總括:1、在遵守圣戈班健康、安全、環境政策的前提下,協調好圣戈班的資源來開發和服務好客戶,使圣戈班成為客戶的磨料磨具主力供應商。2、提高關注的行業銷售覆蓋和技術支持。3、按照公司的長期策略開發重點行業應用主要工作職責:1、達成負責行業及個人的銷售目標2、按照公司的長期策略,開發重點行業應用,如:車身涂裝、航空、金屬加工3、為提高客戶滿意度并發展新的銷售做好客戶及公司內部各部門間的溝通協調,推進報價、訂單跟進、貨款催付及產品抱怨整個流程。4、和技術團隊緊密配合,為客戶提供技術支持及現場服務。5、開拓新應用、發展新客戶,增加產品銷售范圍;6、定期收集更新市場信息,進行市場分析。7、把握與客戶的長期業務發展前景,并能為公司帶來效益。8、建立并維持與最終客戶的良好合作關系,贏得客戶的信任并能不斷從客戶處獲取新項目,跟蹤好新項目的進展;建立并維持與合作伙伴(經銷商)及公司內不同部門之間良好且高效的合作關系;在此基礎上管理好客戶與經銷商。 9、熟悉磨料磨具行業及磨削應用,定期收集更新市場信息,進行市場分析,鑒別與預警潛在的業務風險,能總結行業發展的特點。10、及時和高效處理銷售的日常職責,如客戶信息收集、樣品申請與管理、客戶試驗協調、直接客戶的訂單處理、特價申請準備、價格體系管理、應收款催賬、發貨管理、緊急訂單生產協調與交貨跟蹤、客戶培訓活動的組織等,能獨立處理大部分的客戶投訴;及時提供月度訂單與銷售預測;提交有質量報告,如出差報告,月度報告。11、輔導和帶領團隊獲得他們的技能提升與個人成長12、管理好Funnel與TAP的項目,按照公司要求做PSP項目。13、上級指派的其他工作。教育背景:機械或化學等工科專業,本科及以上學歷,具備市場或營銷背景者為佳。相關經驗技能:1、5年以上工業行業技術型銷售工作經驗,熟悉磨料磨具行業產品為佳。 2、優秀的銷售技巧;3、有輔導與帶領銷售團隊的經驗為佳4、熟練應用MS Office;5、具備很強的商務談判技巧及很強的報告、演講技能;6、具備良好的英語書寫和口語能力優先。
