In our location Changchun, China we are offering a job opportunity as a part of DPS (Digital Production Solutions) department in the Region Asia Pacific. The regional team “Digital Production Solutions – Asia Pacific” implements standardized processes and solutions for the digitization of internal production and is responsible for Industry 4.0 projects and their roll out in all Division Car Chassis Technology plants in the Region Asia Pacific. In close cooperation with the domain Production and corporate IT, we implement economical processes and solutions based on modern IT technologies, such as ERP - and PLM - Systems, Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Augmented Reality and Big Data Analytics.Your tasks: Implementation of the “Digital Manufacturing Strategy” within Division C. Management of projects and their roll out in the field of Industry 4.0 as well as training and guiding of the local experts in the production plants. Optimization of existing production plants with regard to Smart Factory and Industry 4.0, and digitalization of shopfloor area. Implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions e.g. machine data acquisition, advanced analytics (including CNN for image analytics) for process data, data science, machine learning, AI solutions by Azure Analytics/Python/KNIME/R or similar softwares.Your profile: University degree in Data Science, Computer Science (IT) or a similar subject. Hands-on experience in Industrial 4.0 digital transformation program and project management. Experience in Industry 4.0 architecture, data analytics, digitalization and implementation to shopfloor environment. Process thinking, hands-on mentality as well as the ability to cooperate and communicate from the shop floor to management level and intercultural competence.
