Job Mission
- Production line lean process improvement, lead digital project ;
productivity project ; capacity and line balance, in order to ensure lean
production and drives continuous improvement topics.
Responsibilities
- Production line lean project set up and follow, which to reduce cost and
increase FPY, to fulfill OTD, improve efficiency and quality, such as digital
solution, automation.- Develop and manage detailed project plans, costs
estimates, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, also lead cross function team
to be continuous productivity and ensure project complete success.- Production
line movement related project， include project management, progress control,
executive-level reporting, OTDand mitigation plan.- Measure and evaluate
productivity status and drive new productivity ideas through
VAM/PID(automation, digitalization and other measures) for future cost
mitigation opportunities- Production performance evaluation, capacity
calculation for necessary manpower and machine in production according to
forecast order- Preparing and releasing project management documents-
Supporting lean projects management in coordinating regular report to
management team
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree or above in industrial engineering major or
related - At least 5 years IE
