職責描述：
? Dealer issue quick response and give some early warning and instruction.
? Work with Diagnosis Engineers to build a technical manual.
? Onsite support customer warranty complaint in 4s shop for biggest issue and regular do some dealer visiting for normal or special case.
? Weekly tracking warranty top issues list and summarize status/progress, escalate issue properly.
? Lead to do weekly warranty QRCM meeting and attend monthly warranty review meeting
