Check the shipments completeness. 2. Create invoice via system. 3. Send arrival notice to customers. 4. Check special shipments and provides the relevant documents/forms/files to concerned parties (including dangerous goods, OOG goods, break bulk cargos, waste goods, etc.). 5. Submit EDI manifest data to relevant ship agent. 6. Manifests correction requested by overseas after vessel arrival 7. Coordinate closely with other offices and ship agent for import issues. 8. Monitor long-stay containers and handling abandon cargoes Qualification: 1. Diploma or bachelor degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 2. Candidates with 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics/Transportation industry preferred. 3. Able to read and write in English. 4. Proficient in Microsoft office. 5. Able to communicate well, work independently as well as in team. 6. Positive and pleasant attitude with customer service mindset.
