Main Responsibilities:
Take responsible to make internal/external meeting arrangements for entire project team
Be responsible to make meeting minutes for project meetings
Be responsible to make document revision control and archive.
Support project managers to maintain project spending sheet and closely monitor project budget
Support project delivery head to arrange project activities
Translate necessary documents with English and Chinese

Payment application and check
Qualifications:
Colleague degree or above
5 years of project controller role, experience in EPCM is a plus
Fluent in English both oral and written
Familiar project execution procedure and the way of working within larger scale projects
Strong communication, service minded and be patient during rush time
Super user in excel, Power point
Able to travel during construction time to Zhe Jiang province
