Your Role and Responsibilities :
As a Systems Services Representative you'll help drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support. As the primary technical interface to our clients, you will play a critical role in coordinating hardware and software support, as well as delivering operational services.
Perform hardware maintenance service for Lenovo/HP/Dell x86 Servers, Networking devices and/or IBM Power system
Perform System software installation, configuration for x86 servers
Perform installation and configuration for Cisco/F5/Juniper Network devices.
Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years IT related work experience
Installation, configuration, implementation and maintenance of the full range of IBM power and storage and tape libraries, especially for p7/p8/p9,ts3500/4500,DS8K,V7000,F900,SVC,XIV etc…
AIX/HACMP/Linux one installation, configuration and maintenance.
Network configuration and trouble shooting.
Good communication skill in Chinese and English
