Be responsible for component, e.g. ASIC, Sensor… related complaints handling with internal supplier, including critical case follow up, escalation and reaction, and participate on site reporting at OEM side to delight and fulfill customer requirements, as plant expert representative.
Job Responsibilities
？ Responsible for component, e.g. ASIC, Sensor… related cases handling with internal supplier, ECU complaints from OEM customer (0-Km, Field)
？ Customer communication and reporting w/ equiped component, ECU and system knowledge
？ Customer escalation management
？ System tracking and driving internal supplier quality improvement
？ Lead critical case handling as global task force leader with experienced problem-solving skills and project management method
？ Quality Statistics, Reporting
？ Other tasks as defined by Quality Manager

Education:
Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering
Working Experience:
