Key Responsibilities主要職責：
1. The engineer must choose the right process parameter according to product's requirement, and the same time designing related molds and tools for production line:
根據對應產線的產品要求,確定制造工藝參數,并設計相應的模具及配套工裝
2. The engineer should have the ability to continue improving product's performance, quality and reducing cost by optimizing process parameter, manufacture process and applying new technology.
承擔通過對工藝參數及制造工藝的調整和新技術的應用,對產品性能,質量及制造成本進行持續性改進.
3. To solve the manufacture process problem in site,
主導現場生產工藝問題的解決及廢品分析改進
