We are looking for a Senior Operation Controller for Aftermarket division in
Shanghai
Your Tasks:
* Assist to streamline operational data collection process, exchange and
reporting between site operations and finance in charge for actuals, forecast,
planned data
* participate in all supply chain, logistics, procurement and operations
meetings, give advice and challenge status quo
* Control and analyze operations data from Navision, PowerBI, SAP and etc
* Identify areas of inefficiency，potential for improved performance and cost
savings
* Check for compliance with global instruction and policies
* Liason for Divisional material controlling on global initiatives
* coordinates investment proposal, footprint studies and capacity expansion
projects
* Lead feasibility projects for operational analysis
* take part in make or buy decisions
* Support management in review for related operational matter
* Ad hoc tasks assigned
Your Profile
* Business/ finance/supply chain related degree with relevant experience of
at least 5-7 years
* Knowledge of plant operations, logistics, inventory management, costing and
supplier valuation
* Communicate effectively at all levels and across AP regions
* strong quantitative, data collation, analysis and powerpoint (thinkcell)
skills
* Good team player, resourceful, strong sense of responsibility
* Adaptability and positive response to changes
