We are looking for a new colleague of Commissioning Engineer - Test Systems for our Division I at our location ZF Holdings, Jiuting, Shanghai. Your Task Main Tasks: Provide service for complex automated test equipment and drive systems. Help team of foreign experts to setup and commission test equipment in China. Commissioning of complete test systems at home and customer site. Engineering and application of control and automation systems. Optimization commissioning process in terms of function, costs and deadline. Contribute to development with a focus on control systems (PLC, Drive systems). Use of special systems and calibration. Support for service activities and customer training. Responsible for Customer satisfaction, provide support to customer in short time. Communicate faults and work on solution with experts from HQ in Germany. Enable possibility for remote maintenance. Identify spare and wear parts on test benches. Do repairs and replacements at test bench with special tools. Calibrate sensors on site with special calibration equipment. Your Profile Completed Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, plant equipment construction, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent, study or work out of China is a plus. Experience in commissioning of test benches or special machines. At least 3 years’ experience with Siemens PLC S7-300 and TIA programming and fault diagnosis Geometry Measuring and alignment of machine components Experience with commissioning Variable frequency drives (brand Siemens, Emerson CT, ABB etc…). Extensive knowledge of control technology (PLC) with Siemens S7 and Rockwell ControlLogix Knowledge in control and drive technology as well as in robotics. Fluent English, and skilled of operating MS Office, Siemens Simatic Manager, TIA portal, WinCC flexible, AutoCAD. Basic knowledge of common soft- and hardware of plant equipment. Good skills in teamwork and communication as well as flexibility and willingness to travel. Sense of responsibility Service or maintenance of machinery/plant equipment related experience. Service experience for European plant equipment construction company would be a plus. Ability to find solutions to complex faults by trial and error, crosschecking parts. Able and willing to use common and special hand tools for repairs and replacements at test bench Willingness for business travel within China 70%. Willing to go to Germany for an extended period of up to 3 months for extensive training.
