We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Xuhui District, Shanghai.
Your Task:
1. Execute definition, development, improvement and rollout of Quality Management System - IATF:16949, ISO 9001, VDA, CSR’s, etc. in the Region
2. Execute Processes Framework and ensure alignment with Quality Management System in the Region
3. Execute Quality Management System Strategy, document and standards in alignment with Division Compliance Management in the Region
4. Execute Quality Management System Internal and External Audits - ensure closure of finding corrective actions and lessons learned identification in the Region
5. Development of Quality Academy in Division
6. Leading implementation and development of ZF DNA and OMA in the Region
Your Profile:
?10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry with a strong Quality background, Customer knowledge and team management
?Management and leadership skills
?Strong Process Mindset
?Be able to drive strong customer focus of key stakeholders in the organization
?Fluent in English
