Join us as a Team Leader for a dynamic, newly formed agile software development team. Your role will be crucial in extending and tailoring our product to meet the specific needs of our clients like Geely,Great Wall, BYD, BMW, Mercedes, ABB, Samsung. Collaborating closely with our Product Company in Germany, you'll drive the entire development process, from idea to implementation.
The Role
As the Team Leader, you will spearhead and mentor a software development team, driving sustainable and agile development of localized software solutions for our Chinese customers, all based on our global platform. Taking ownership of the product development backlog, you'll derive, describe, and prioritize expectations in User-Stories. Working in tandem with the Product Company in Germany, you'll leverage best practices and roadmaps to maximize innovation, time-to-market, and product quality.
