.工作職責




* Achieve sales target through scientific product promotion to key customers;
* Discuss with each of chain businesses on the design and development of
market promotion and training programmes in line with market strategy (For OTC
only);
* Drive the responsible use of Bayer products by pharmacists through the
delivery of product knowledge and scientific services in terms of regular
visits, round table meetings, academic lectures and so on;
* Execute themarket promotion and training programmes in pharmacy stores
within the assigned territory, and feedback to Retail management team and
Marketing team on the effectiveness of the market campaigns;
* Support market access initiatives;
* Collect and document market information as requested
* Ensure individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant
compliance guidelines and other company regulations



任職要求




* Bachelor degree or above, major in medical or medicine preferred;
* At least 1-year sales experience in pharmacy retail industry;
* Experienced in coordinating and organising market events;
* Good communication skills
* Learning agility and business acumen
* Customer-oriented and self-motivated
