Responsibilities：
1、作為工廠內APQP牽頭人協助項目經理管理生產質量，進度和交付
Works as APQP leader in plant to assist Project Manager manage the production quality, schedule and delivery.
2、進行工藝可行性并做出自制和外購決定
Analysis the feasibility of process and make decision about self-made or buy with each components
3、建立裝配工藝，生成流程，制定標準時間
Establishment of assembly process, work out flow chart, define the standard time
4、制定出特殊設備及相應工裝夾具的技術任務書
Work out the specification of special machine and jigs etc.
5、分析和解決在制造端和客戶端的產品缺陷
Analyze and solve the defect of product in domain of manufacturing and customer.
6、對生產過程進行改進和優化以提升生產率
Carry out the improvement and optimization on assembly process to enhance productivity.
7、參與生成成本優化，縮短節拍和減少缺陷。
Participation in the production cost optimization via shorten the assembly cycle time and eliminate defects.
8、依據項目開發計劃，實現生產和交付
Follow up the project planning to carry out production and delivery
9、制訂詢價項目的工藝方案報價
Work out the process quotation for RFQ
10、從技術角度，協助采購部門選擇裝配設備及相關夾具供應商
Assist Purchase Department for the choosing of supplier for assembly machine and related jigs from view of technical.
11、對特殊設備及相關夾具，在供應商處進行預驗收和場內終驗收
Hold pre-acceptance in supplier and final acceptance in plant for special machine and related jigs
Requirements:
1、Proficient in the heat exchange production process, such as brazing, assembly, stamping testing ,etc.
精通熱交換零件生產工藝，如釬焊，組裝，沖壓，檢驗等。
2、Proficient in the produce of IATF 16949 and 5 quality tools, such as , APQP,FMEA, MSA,SPC.PPAP.
精通IATF 16949 流程及相關5大質量工具，如APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,PPAP。
3、Familiar with mechanical or electric design
熟悉機械或電氣設計
4、Can use Auto-CAD and main PLC programming software
能使用Auto-CAD和主要PLC程序軟件
