MPS is
seeking a self-motivated and well-rounded individual to develop system
solutions with embedded motor control algorithm based on MPS motor driver and
MCU. You are expected to have a deep understanding of various motion control
systems in Automotive, Industrial and Consumer market. You will partner closely
with Sales/FAE, AE and marketing teams to support leading customers, and
develop motor system solution including hardware/software demo and different
motor algorithm. This role also includes performing solution-based demo,
promotion material, competitive analysis and value
proposition.
Job Description:
?
Create MPS motor
driver, motor driver module total system solution with
hardware/software/algorithm.
?
Evaluate and
simulate different motor algorithm based on embedded processing controller
?
Conduct system level
validation and test associated with hardware and software
?
Co-work with
sales/FAE team to support key customers
?
Bridge customer
system requirement and contribute to product definition
?
Draft document on
solution selling, competitive analysis, value proposition by application and
system
Qualifications:
?
Master’s degree in
electrical engineering with a minimum of 3
years hardware, software or application engineering experience in analog
semiconductor companies or motor industry.
?
Knowledge of
different motors of industrial and automotive market, for both hardware and
software design
?
Experienced in motor
system validation and debugging, able to identify both IC chip level and system
level root causes
?
Knowledge of
automotive and industrial market is preferred
?
Excellent
communication and presentation skills.
