Job Summary:
Monitor and develop supplier quality with best TQRDC (Technology, Quality, Response, Delivery and Cost) performance.監(jiān)控并且提高供應(yīng)商在技術(shù)，質(zhì)量，反饋，交期以及成本方面的表現(xiàn)并推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)。

Responsibilities:

-Track the quality related inline on-hold and work with the assembler and the substrate supplier to dispose the on-hold. 跟蹤與質(zhì)量相關(guān)的在線on-hold并與封裝廠和基板廠一起處理on-hold。

-Track/push the FAI and eng. batches and ensure for the on-time delivery. 跟蹤FAI和工程批次進(jìn)展確保基板的及時(shí)交付。

-New substrate qualification and PCN. 負(fù)責(zé)新基板的驗(yàn)證和工藝變更管理。

-Handle substrate quality issue, define the containment action with substrate team, find the affected lot list, do risk assessment and dispose the affected lots, verify the root cause and make sure the corrective actions can be implemented effectively and timely to prevent recurrence. 處理基板質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，定義圍堵措施，找到受影響范圍，進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，處理受影響批次，驗(yàn)證根本原因，確保糾正措施及時(shí)有效的執(zhí)行了，確保同樣的事故不會(huì)重復(fù)發(fā)生。

-Inline audit to find potential quality risk and drive substrate continue improvement and engineering support – simplifying the details to be more general. 在線審核，找到潛在的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，推動(dòng)基板的持續(xù)改善以及對(duì)工程相關(guān)的支持，簡(jiǎn)化細(xì)節(jié)，使之更加一般化。

-Support other activities between other departments and substrate subcon, such as top urgent engineer lot, survey from QA department, etc. 支持公司內(nèi)部其他部門(mén)和基板廠之間的事情，比如緊急的工程批，QA的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等。

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree and above in Engineering or related discipline, over 5 years’ experience in substrate process engineering, quality assure and supplier management related experience. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)，5年以上基材工藝工程、質(zhì)量保證和供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

-Familiar with ECP and general substrate processes and QA controls (8D CAR, FMEA, SPC, etc). 精通ECP以及其他類型的基板流程以及各種質(zhì)量管控分析方法(8D, FEMA, SPC等等)。

-Knowledge of basic concepts of FA and reliability. 了解一定的失效分析以及可靠性知識(shí)。

-Good project management skills. 良好的項(xiàng)目管理能力。

-Good analytical skills and be attentive to details. 良好的分析問(wèn)題的能力以及注重細(xì)節(jié)。

-Fluent English writing and speaking skills. 流利的英文書(shū)寫(xiě)以及口語(yǔ)。
