We are currently expanding our Production teams in Shanghai, Jinan, Qingdao and Jiaxing and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.
Your tasks:
Act as the major contact for production related activities
Fulfill production order, ensure production coordination in line with production planning
Ensure production line run smoothly and effectively
Improve and comply with safety, ergonomic and environmental standards
Improve production efficiency
Plan Operator resources of AOP and forecast
Build and manage OEE management system
Material inventory accuracy management for Production Area
Lead operator efficiency improvement by LEAN activity approach
Ensure ZFPS implementation by periodic assessment of process conformance
Ensure information well communicated and circulated among shifts, production teams, and VS different functions by DRMs SFM and other visualization tools
Your profile:
3 year working experience in auto industry
2 year management experience as frontline supervisors
Bachelor Graduate or above (ME,EE)
Workable English
Product and production knowledge
Leadership skills, esp. on coaching and performance management
Facilitation and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
