Position Purpose
Primary responsibilities are providing technical, and application supports to Cyrel customers to drive business growth in G. China as well as other AP regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and support business and customer projects by conducting, analysis and evaluation of plates and printing trials for both China and other AP region customers.
2. Support business development activities by proactively connect with new customers and drive business share gain by providing technical insights and solutions.
3. Execute customer onsite trails and plate making and printing troubleshooting and training for Cyrel customers.
4. Demonstrate flexo plate making process to CTC visitors.
5. Maintain the lab operation by organizing materials and instruments/tools, managing lab housekeeping and lab materials inventory control.
6. Interact with the regional Cyrel technical specialist’s network and share best practice.
7. SGS report and products TDS annually updates.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 5 years working experiences in printing industry, prefer experience of flexo printing or graphic communication background.
2. Good knowledge of Flexo printing technology and process. Understanding of prepress digital workflow and color management or plate making process are strong plus.
3. Must be results oriented and a self-starter. Be able to work independently and deliver results on time.
4. Ability to network internally and externally to drive business and technology goals. Competent customer engagement and interaction is necessary.
5. Willing to travel up to 30%
6. Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
