The Global Component Manager for Semiconductors will ensure the company
remains competitive in the fast-evolvingsemiconductor market. This position
will effectively support the integration of key manufacturers into the supply
chain and navigate the complexities of international trade restrictions with a
primary focus on the Asian region, while also conducting and supporting various
global projects.

You'll make an impact by
* Scouting and developing Asian semiconductor companies
* Initiating and implementing supplier management processes for semiconductor
companies (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development,
classification)
* Managing and Negotiating contracts with suppliers
* Supporting escalation processes and supplier visits and pre-audit processes
* Aligning and preparing yearly price negotiations
* Supporting projects such as Resilience, Sustainability, and Decarbonization
Your defining qualities
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or
international trade
* At least 3 years’ experience in electronic component manufacturing
processes or electronic components distribution, preferably in foreign or joint
venture companies
* Experience in supplier development and management
* Ability to identify and understand cause and effect relationships, identify
key issues, and define and implement effective solutions
* Thorough understanding of broad business practices including Production
Management, Advanced Manufacturing Strategies
* Excellent English and Chinese language skills
* Cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively in different cultural
environments
* Understanding of market evolution, threats, opportunities, and
technological trends
