Your Roles and Responsibilities
- 負責組織產品制造可行性分析，組織樣品的生產交付;

- 完成經理交辦的其它任務。
- Responsible for organizing feasibility analysis of product manufacturing and prototype production and delivery.
- According to the project plan and task allocation, complete the process planning, preparation, technical document preparation, and process verification work for process development.
- According to the production preparation plan, design fixtures, gauges, cutting tools, prepare process documents and lists, and develop programs.
- Archive and distribute technical documents in accordance with document management regulations.
- Responsible for equipment pre acceptance, acceptance, preparation of vulnerable parts list, equipment usage specifications, submission of verification reports, etc.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Your Skills and Strengths
- 本科以上學歷，機械或工科專業；
- 能夠熟練應用二維、三維機械設計制圖軟件；
- 熟練掌握數控編程（法扎克、西門子等設備）；
- 3年以上汽車零部件企業生產過程開發相關工作經驗，有生產流程策劃、制定流程圖、FMEA、控制計劃等工作經驗；
- 良好的溝通能力
- 良好的英語能力（說，寫，讀）
- Bachelor degree above, major in mechanic or engineering.
- Ability to use 2D and 3D mechanical design and drafting software.
- Ability to CNC programming (Fazak, Siemens and other equipment);
- Above 3 years work experience in the process development in the automotive parts industry, and have relevant work experience in production process planning, creating flowcharts, FMEA, control plans, etc;
- Good communication with customer and colleague
- Good English skills (speak, write, read)
