This role focuses on production testing area for power semiconductor chips (consumer-level, industrial-level, automotive-level and others). It involves a deep understanding of production testing solutions, processes, technologies and methods at the MPS end and partner (subcontractor) ends, as well as research and improvement of new testing solutions, and overall management enhancement of the quality and efficiency, and cost reduction for partner-end production testing.
此崗位專注于電源芯片（消費級，工業級，汽車級等）量產測試工程領域。深入理解MPS端和分包商端的量產測試方案、流程、技術、方法等，研究改進和整合導入，并全面管理和提升分包商端量產測試品質和效率以及成本，不斷增強公司產品的市場競爭力。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preliminary analysis/disposition for turnkey production test issues and on hold lot.
負責生產測試問題和扣留lot的前期分析和處理。
2. Responsible for turnkey house capacity expansion.
負責分包商產能擴充。
3. Responsible for turnkey house quality related issues follow up or solve.
負責分包商質量相關問題跟蹤或解決擴充。
4. Responsible for provide clear report and solution for all turnkey house cases.
對于分包商產生的所有事件，需要提供清晰的報告和解決方案。
5. Strongly support other engineering team for production test related cases.
支持其他工程團隊的需求。
REQUIREMENTS:
1 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 電子工程相關專業本科學歷
2 At least 1 year IC test related work experience 至少一年相關工作經驗
3 Has expertise in analog and digital circuit analysis, C or C programming, and mathematical statistics."具有模擬和數字電路分析，C或C 分析，數理統計等專業知識技能
4 Familiar with ETS-88/CTA/ACCO/ASL 熟悉ETS-88/CTA/ACCO/ASL等測試機平臺
5 Ability to read/write in English, verbal skills are more preferred. 具備英語讀和寫的能力，能口語交流更佳
6 Self-starter, self-motivated, learning ability and hardworking 自我激勵，主動，有學習能力，勤奮努力
