Primary Responsibilities：
Responsibility 1:
? Ensure that 100% of the tanks meet safety and quality requirements
? Know well the selection of special characteristics
? Reduce the Quality cost (scrap…)
? Make sure that all internal procedures are in place and respected
? Track process capabilities and scrap in order to provide information to management for improvement
? Support continuous improvement
? Prepare the data and good/bad part for daily quality meeting
? Follow up the corrective and preventive action for all 8D.
? Responsible to take care all quality issues from production line
? Complete all required training
Responsibility 2:
? Handle customer scorecard and customer portal
? Satisfy the Customer(s)
Responsibility 3:
? No right to sigh the deviation waiver
? Stop production and shipment in case of quality issue
Responsibility 4: EHS
? Have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS：
Personal Background
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial company
? Bachelor degree
Job Technical skills
? General knowledge of production, products and processes
? Knowledge of plastic (properties and applications)
? Technical skills related to Quality tools
