Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the IT architecture simplification project.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management and Team Collaboration:
Architecture Design Collaboration:
Translate architectural designs into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
Implement best practices in project management to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust plans as necessary to address emerging issues.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (10 years) in IT project management, with a focus on architecture simplification or similar projects.
Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
Sharp business understanding of use cases within the Retail and FMCG industry, specifically related to SFA, CRM, and promotion management systems.
Strong knowledge of technology, including infrastructures, cloud platforms, and the cybersecurity practice in China
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Fluent in English with good presentation skills
