Your mission is to maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional service of electrical maintenance and repair while promote service value to achieve assigned business target.

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Ensure safe and normal operation of maintenance and repair.
61 Master the work content of repair, maintenance and calibration of Atlas Copco Group tools, provide electrical technical support and answer electrical related questions.
61 Follow the SOP of Atlas Copco and be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and troubleshoot of electrical spare parts such as mainboards, drivers and controllers of the tools returned to workshop for service. And support tools repair, maintenance and calibration according to work arrangement.
61 According to repair requirements, formulate and implement repair plan to ensure repair quality and efficiency.
61 Record the repair process, prepare the repair report, analyze the cause of failure and propose improvement suggestions.
61 Ensure 5S standards (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) at work site.
61 Responsible for service tools and equipment registered under your name.
61 Continuously learning to upgrade the competence.
