Job Description
· Monitor shipment E2E, daily shipment monitoring and respond to customer’s enquiries at Regional level
· Milestone monitoring. Find missing milestones through daily report and inform operations to input in a timely manner.
· Overall performance management. KPI monitoring. Enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
· Performance improvement. Proactively address any issue that may arise during transportation process.
· Participate / Lead operational review meetings with customer, to ensure Maersk performance stability.
· Responsible for operational relationship and communication for Key clients.
· Exception case handling, for any exceptional case, like delay, damage, missing, super urgent cargo, be responsible for update and close monitor shipment status.
· 8D / CAPA report. Incident management.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above. More than 3-5 years related experiences in airfreight Customer service / operation / Control tower;
the background of global forwarder will be preferable.
Well operation knowledge, good experience in operation and fluent English.
Reliable, well organized, proactive, team-player.
Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English.
Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Experience with CW1 system is preferable.
