Responsibility 1: Customer
? Contact window with customers, Know logistics information , customer scorecards and portal
? Change the received customers’ forecast into requirement volume of production monthly
? Figure out the production planning and material planning according to customer’s demand forecast
? Track the actual volume of customer
? Arrange and track the delivery to customers
? Receive the change notice from customers, compare with actual capacity and forward the information to other department.
? Make out releasing
