Responsibilities:
61 Drive and manage process improvement and automation initiatives across functions, in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
61 Provide data analysis and statistical reports for process improvement
61 Support and manage process improvement and automation initiatives across functions, in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
61 Look for relevant data sources and create reports for the business to identify process inefficiencies.
61 Analyze KPIs and build reports to identify process inefficiencies and deviations and their root causes
61 Identify and evaluate automation and bundling potentials
61 Monitor and track successful implementation of improvement and automation initiatives
61 Support successful rollout of cross-functional projects and prioritization
Qualifications:
61 1-3 years' experience in using excel and other data tools to analyze data. Experience in shipping is preferred.
61 Comfortable with making sense of data and learning new data tools.
61 Curious about work processes and data with the aim for improvement
61 Independent worker with the initiative to explore process improvements and dig for data sources to support reporting
61 Strong analytical thinking, proactive and solution-oriented work style
61 Open minded personality with strong communication
