崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)光纖光纜產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)推廣與銷(xiāo)售工作，完成公司制定的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)收集市場(chǎng)信息，匯總、分類(lèi)及匯報(bào)，為開(kāi)拓新的市場(chǎng)提供建議。

4. 針對(duì)金額較大的項(xiàng)目，負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)價(jià)和投標(biāo)文件的準(zhǔn)備工作，并輔導(dǎo)銷(xiāo)售代表和商務(wù)助理與客戶(hù)簽訂的文件進(jìn)行適時(shí)地監(jiān)控和指導(dǎo)。
5. 定期向上級(jí)匯報(bào)銷(xiāo)售情況及市場(chǎng)反饋，提出改進(jìn)策略和建議。
6. 協(xié)助部門(mén)對(duì)銷(xiāo)售組進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)效考核管理，提供相應(yīng)建議。

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，通信工程、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2. 5年及以上通信行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備3年及以上銷(xiāo)售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力、談判技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力。
4. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力，能夠在高壓環(huán)境下保持積極的工作態(tài)度。
5. 良好的市場(chǎng)洞察力和分析判斷能力，能夠獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題。
6. 熟練使用辦公軟件，具備一定的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the marketing and sales of optical fiber and cable products, and complete the sales target set by the company.

3. Maintain existing customer relationships, develop new customer resources, and establish a good customer network.

5. Regularly report sales and market feedback to superiors, and put forward improvement strategies and suggestions.
6. Assist the department to conduct sales performance appraisal and management of the sales team and provide corresponding suggestions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, communication engineering, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in the communication industry, with 3 years or more of sales management experience is preferred.
