Brief description of the position:
- The buyer takes responsibility for sourcing and management of raw materials and goods for vehicle production. The position holder is expected to source the required components for various car projects and ensure the best material cost and timely delivery during mass production. Accomplish sourcing projects/activities according to time schedule and reach defined commercial targets.
- Source and nominate qualified supplier for responsible components, incl. support in RfQ preparation, collect quotation, define supplier strategy, negotiate with suppliers, create/present decision proposal in decision committee
- Prepare, implement and update contractual documents
- Coordinate and solve supplier’s delivery/goods quality/capacity problem to ensure series production
- Spare parts ordering for production components and accessories
- Implement purchasing role in change management after SOP
- Define and implement sourcing 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標進行招標采購類信息查詢
