To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Suzhou SIP.

What a typical day looks like:
? 新產品報價的工程分析。 Engineering analysis for new product quotation.
? 設計產品制造過程，包括作業指導書、夾具、工具、材料、檢驗和確認、包裝、過程控制方法等。 Design product manufacturing process, including WI, fixture, tool, material, inspection and verification，package, process control method etc.
? 管理產品工程變更。 Manage product engineering changes.
? 負責制造工藝改進以消除缺陷和客戶投訴。 Be responsible for Manufacturing Process Improvements to eliminate defects and customer complaints.
? 持續改進產品質量和生產效率，降低運營成本。 Continuously improve on product quality and production efficiency and operation cost.
? 通過提供有效的糾正和預防措施，支持質量部門進行 8D 報告; 分析和解決質量問題和客戶投訴。 Support QA for 8D reporting by providing effective corrective and preventive actions, analyze and resolve the quality issues and customer complaints by creative solutions.
? 建立和執行生產工藝流程，以達到生產效率。 Establish and deploy the manufacturing process flow to achieve the best production efficiency.
? 培養和提高工藝技術員的能力。 Develop and improve the capability of process technician.
? 快速的客戶工程問題支持， 如物料驗證，工裝驗證 Timely support customer on engineering jobs, like as alternative parts verification, fixture verification.
? 上級安排的其他工作。 Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisor.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? 大學專科或以上學歷 College degree or above
? 具備電路板組裝或者機械組裝的相關工作經驗，包含焊膏印刷、回流焊、波峰焊、涂層、BGA 返修、 組裝等工藝。 Experience on PCBA or box build process, include solder paste printing, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, coating, BGA rework, Assembly etc.
? 接受過質量體系以及先進的質量工具和技術的培訓。 Be trained on quality systems as well as advanced quality tools and techniques.
? 善于學習并使用新技術和工具，用于制程改良，數據分析和報告技能。 Be good at learning new technology and tools used for process improvement, data analysis and reporting skills.
? 具備精益生產和六西格瑪知識。 Knowledge in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
? 英文達到工作溝通水平 Workable English skills.
