崗位職責(zé)
1、目標(biāo)管理與資源規(guī)劃:根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)和舉措節(jié)奏,規(guī)劃長(zhǎng)、短期的資源投入及分配。建設(shè)高效的補(bǔ)貼資源申請(qǐng)、使用監(jiān)測(cè)和復(fù)盤(pán)調(diào)優(yōu)機(jī)制,在日常運(yùn)營(yíng)中做好異動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范,確保資源使用可控、助力業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
2、資源管理體系建設(shè):建立資源管理(補(bǔ)貼、流量等)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),衡量不同策略收益,識(shí)別用增不同工具對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用,持續(xù)改善資源分配。
3、補(bǔ)貼工具建設(shè):調(diào)研用增各方向補(bǔ)貼使用的痛點(diǎn)、深入理解業(yè)務(wù)的定價(jià)、營(yíng)促銷(xiāo)邏輯,持續(xù)迭代補(bǔ)貼工具,支撐各方向補(bǔ)貼策略自動(dòng)化能力,提升運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。
4、專(zhuān)題分析:針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題和中長(zhǎng)期命題,開(kāi)展對(duì)用戶、商品、價(jià)格、活動(dòng)等內(nèi)容的洞察和專(zhuān)題分析,持續(xù)改善用增內(nèi)資源使用效率。
1. Target management and resource planning: Plan long-term and short-term resource investment and allocation according to business goals and action rhythm. Build an efficient subsidy resource application, usage monitoring and re-adjustment mechanism, do a good job of abnormal monitoring and risk prevention in daily operations, ensure controllable resource use and help achieve business goals.
2. Construction of resource management system: Establish resource management (subsidies, traffic, etc.) evaluation standards, measure the benefits of different strategies, identify the driving effect of different tools on business goals, and continuously improve resource allocation.
3. Subsidy tool construction: Investigate the pain points of using subsidies in various directions, deeply understand the pricing and marketing logic of the business, continuously iterate subsidy tools, support the automation capabilities of subsidy strategies in various directions, and improve operational efficiency.
4.Special analysis: Targeting business issues and mid- to long-term propositions, we conduct insights and special analysis on users, products, prices, activities, etc., and continuously improve the efficiency of internal resource utilization.
崗位基本需求
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,3年以上策略運(yùn)營(yíng)/數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)/用戶運(yùn)營(yíng)/經(jīng)營(yíng)分析相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),SQL熟練(必備),有商業(yè)分析或策略運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
2、數(shù)據(jù)敏感度高,精通數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理工具,能通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)分析,下鉆、診斷業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題,給到業(yè)務(wù)針對(duì)性改善建議并閉環(huán)推動(dòng)解決;
3、有規(guī)劃和獨(dú)立思考的能力,邏輯思維能力強(qiáng),具有良好的判斷力;
4、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),善于溝通,能夠高效的、及時(shí)的解決問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)落地。
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in strategy operation/data operation/user operation/business analysis, proficient in SQL (required), experience in business analysis or strategy operation is preferred;
2. Highly sensitive to data, proficient in data analysis and processing tools, able to drill down and diagnose business problems through business analysis, provide targeted business improvement suggestions and promote closed-loop solutions;
3. Ability to plan and think independently, strong logical thinking ability, and good judgment;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, able to solve problems efficiently and timely, and promote implementation.
