To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer located in Jiading Shanghai. This role will provide effective and efficient failure analysis in NPI, TPI, volume production, internal and external claim analysis and QCC activities. The role is included within Technology and Quality Department at FPM, reporting to Customer Quality Manager.
What a typical day looks like:
? In charge of failure analysis for products failed on customer side and support failure analysis for in-house production and in manufacturing process as request.
? Provide failure analysis support to new product introduction.
? Provide technical support to repair worker in FPM production.
? Be the member of QCC to drive the failure analysis and find the root cause of critical issues.
? Responsible for 8D report generation which cover D1 to D4.
? Analyse the root cause of internal and external claimed critical issues.
? Analyse the products that failed in production and figure out faults using statistics tools
