To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Suzhou Suhong.
Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager the Supplier Quality Engineer role involves…
What a typical day looks like:
? 供應商評估。
Supplier evaluation.
? 材料認證。
Material qualification.
? 供應商績效排名，問題解決和供應商質量持續改善。
Supplier performance ranking, issue resolution and supplier quality continues improvement.
? 管理不合格品評審委員會 (MRB)，對不合格品進行處理。
Manage defective material review board (MRB) for disposition of non-conforming material.
? 推動供應商采取糾正措施，將不合格品對生產計劃的影響降到最少。
Drive supplier corrective actions minimize non-conforming material impact on production schedules.
? 為IQA和其他相關部門提供技術支持。
Provide technical support to IQA and other related departments
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? 專科或以上學歷，機電一體化專業優先考慮 College or above
? 2年或以上電子料件（IC/主被動電子元器件/線纜/連接器等）SQE, 制程工藝或是制程質量管理經驗。
Minimum 2 years’ SQE/PE/PQE experience in Electronic Components.
? 具備供應商審核經驗，能夠對供應商進行審核和評估。
Experience in supplier audit, be able to conduct supplier audit and supplier assessment.
? 熟悉質量工具，如SPC, MSA, CPK，并能利用它們進行材料問題的解決。
? Know quality tools such as: SPC, MSA, CPK, and can utilize them to perform material trouble shooting.
? 4良好的溝通能力和合作意愿。
? Good communication skill
