Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 參與業務需求調研，與業務部門溝通、分析和理解他們的業務需求，為其提供解決方案建議。 Participate in business requirement gathering, communicate, analyze, and understand their business needs, and provide solution recommendations. 2. 負責公司 ERP 系統的日常維護和支持，包括問題排查、故障修復和用戶培訓等。 Responsible for the daily maintenance and support of ERP system, including issue troubleshooting, bug fixing, and user training. 3. 協助業務團隊進行公司 ERP 系統的變更管理，確保變更按照規定的流程進行并得到適當的批準。 Assist business teams in change management of ERP system, ensuring changes are processed according to defined procedures and receiving appropriate approvals. 4. 負責業務部門業務工具的運行、開發與維護，支持業務數據需求。 Responsible for operating, developing and maintaining SASS tools to support business data needs. 5. 負責支持業務數據和報告定期更新。 Responsible for supporting regular updates of business data and reports. 6. 支持數據管理。監督數據清洗過程。確保準確的數據提供。 Support data management. Supervise the data cleansing process to ensure accurate data provision. 7. 主管安排的其他任務。 Other work assigned by line Manager Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 熟悉主流ERP系統（SAP/Infor/CRM）的主要模塊和功能，特別是MM（物料管理）、SD（銷售與分銷）、PP（生產計劃）和FI/CO（財務會計/控制）模塊。 Familiar with key modules and functionalities of main ERP system (SAP/Infor/CRM), especially MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling) modules. 2. 熟悉主流數據庫，具備良好的數據處理邏輯，有良好的學習能力。 Familiar with mainstream databases, possessing strong data processing logic, and demonstrating excellent learning capabilities. 3. 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能夠與業務團隊成員有效地合作。 Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with business teams. 4. 具備良好的問題解決能力和分析能力，能夠理解和解決復雜的業務和技術問題。 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of understanding and resolving complex business and technical issues. 5. 具備項目管理經驗，熟悉項目管理方法和工具。 Project management experience, familiar with project management methods and tools. 6. 具備良好的英語聽說能力，能夠與總部團隊進行有效的溝通。 Proficient in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively with global teams. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科或以上學歷，計算機科學、信息系統或相關專業優先考慮。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields preferred. 2. 具備至少3年以上的業務系統實施經驗，熟悉 ERP 系統配置、定制和集成。 At least 3 years of ERP implementation experience, with expertise in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration. 3. 具有外資企業工作經驗者優先。 Working experience in a foreign investment enterprise is a plus.
