1.RFQ management
（1）New supplier sourcing and evaluation
（2）Make inquiry to the suppliers
（3）Commercial negotiation/periodic bidding to get best result

2.Supplier base Management
（1）To regular analyze supplier portfolio under scope
（2）To disengage those suppliers with poor performance.
（3）To develop(sourcing,evaluation,qualification,management..etc) new suppliers which match company strategy.
（4） Documents maintenance(supplier performance,on-line productivity report..etc)

3.Sourcing Project support
（1）To coordinate sourcing project activities with project team/sourcing/engineering leader
（2）To ensure project cost competence(quotation analysis,cost module setting up,cost benchmark,long-term productivity plan..etc)
（3）To ensure project schedule commitment(supplier capacity investigation,samples delivery,samples qualification follow up,after-sale services follow up..etc)
（4）Documents maintenance(quotation file,contract,saving recording and consolidation)
