Responsibilities：
1，Receive and analyze procurement requirements
2，Vendor vetting
3，Contract finalization and documentation.
4，Advise internally of contract outcome
5，Maintain vendor profile and approved vendor list
6，Maintain vendor contracts in Zycus
7，Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations

Qualifications:
1，Diploma degree with 3-5 years relevant working experience in shipping or Logisitics company.
2，Knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
3，Outstanding organizational and time management skills
4，Customer service skills.
5，Negotiation attitude.
6，Good spoken and written English.
7，Good teamwork and can work under pressure
8，Positive attitude and willing to learn
9，Able to work independently

要求：
-大專及以上學(xué)歷；3-5年在航運或國際物流公司相關(guān)采購工作經(jīng)驗，了解拖車/物流相關(guān)服務(wù)報價采購；了解合同、發(fā)票和談判條款等相關(guān)知識者優(yōu)先；
-良好的組織和時間管理能力；
-客戶服務(wù)技能；
-具備談判態(tài)度；
-良好的英語口語和書寫能力；
-熟練運用辦公軟件；
-積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度，抗壓能力強；
-良好的溝通能力，獨立工作能力以及團隊合作能力。
