Mission
Your mission is to dig deep into customer needs, guide customers to improve Ecosystem solutions, promote all products, establish the business goal, and work with support departments to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
您的使命是深入了解客戶需求,引導客戶提升Ecosystem解決方案,推廣所有產品,達成業務目標,并與支持部門合作提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
61 Lead customer change, resolutely promote the Ecosystem program, and collaborate with ICA and support teams to promote more high-value solutions.
61 Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
61 Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
61 Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
61 Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction.
61 Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable
