1.Social creator tactics development support -monitor the social media new trends and key cloud brands' social
contents, and deliver the weekly report to inspire opportunities for
iCloud -digest marketing strategy, and work with agency to recommend the
best platforms, categories and content ideas for iCloud
2.Social partners relationship maintenance and extra resources
negotiation - build connection with key social platforms contact windows to maintain
relationship and catch up with latest updates - support negotiation for extra resources request, including additional
traffic, big moment activation integration, and new format exploration - build connection with key social creators for a potential matrix for the
future
3. Social creator contents projects management - guide social agency on project planning, and QC their delivery of
proposal, creator recommendation, quotation, script, video and payment. - key social creators sync with PR - internally align with local stakeholders (eg. Legal, PR, PM, BM) and US
stakeholders (eg. MLA, iCloud biz, iCloud MKT, PM) on contents - ensure social creator contents released on schedule, and deal with
unexpected situations - work with media team to support social
