This position provides services to external customers, support account manager for sales activities, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and make solid contribution to company’s external business growth .

Areas of Responsibilties職責范圍:
1.Responsible for all sales support related jobs(documents, CRM system, invoice etc…).
負責所有銷售支持相關的工作（文件歸檔，CRM系統維護，客戶發票等）。
2.Responsible for customer planning, ordering and delivery related topics.
負責客戶訂單、計劃、發貨以及交付相關的工作。
3.Responsible for the entire complaint handling process (end to end)，drive problem solving and ensure customers receive reasonable feedback and results timely.
負責客戶投訴相關包括端到端，外部和內部全流程處理，推動問題的解決，確保客戶及時得到合理反饋和結果。
4.Collect information regarding customer consulatiion, complaints, and feedback, prepare data and report, and feedback to relevant departments to help optimizing products and services, to improve customer satisfaction.
整理客戶咨詢、投訴及反饋的內容，形成數據及報告，反饋給相關部門，助力產品優化和服務改進，提升客戶滿意度。
5.Support customer satisfaction survey, product promotion activities, e.g. industrial exehibitions.
協助完成客戶滿意度調查，產品推廣等活動，如：行業展會。
