Inland Delivery Coordinator
Purpose:
1)Planning of inland transports in the most cost-effective way and in accordance with vendors selection and service level agreement.
2)Monitoring of vendors performances, delay and exception handling and transport optimization.
3)Facilitates the movement of import CH, keeping customers satisfied. Provides immediate response to customer inquiries related to inland activities
Responsibilities:
61 Executes transport instruction as per Customer request.
61 Coordinates move in the most cost-effective manner possible and in accordance with service level requirements.
61 Creates work orders to and from rail/port/ICD/CU door for import and export cargo.
61 Coordinates to get the transport related documents for barge/CH door arrangement.
61 Prepares booking template to feeder operator and confirms barge appointment.
61 Monitors transport execution to ensure prompt delivery.
61 Coordinates and monitors barge schedule and spaces to ensure prompt delivery.
61 Monitors trucker and equipment accessibility to determine the availability of one-way transports for cost saving opportunities.
61 Clarifies invoice and work order discrepancies, correcting when needed.
61 Monitors and evaluates haulers performance and issue service exceptions when needed.
61 Updates and distributes truck, rail, barge and feeder transport limitations, heavy transport blockage calendar, strikes etc.
61 Handles on carriage activities needed before vessel arrival
61 Coordinates on-carriage shipments, also including Receiving transport instructions for changing import MH to CH.
61 Contacts internal and external customers via Case Management (SF)/e-mail and phone when additional information is necessary for inland activities of CH shipments (e.g. sending arrival notice, DO handling)
61 Monitor and analyze performance of business process and the KPI / Quality Promise
61 Contacts customers if goods are placed on hold by Customs for CH containers.
61 Investigates and provides problem resolution for CH shipments.
61 Issues invoices related to DLF and related additional (FSD, HCD, OAD) in case of import MH changed in CH
61 Supports resolution of disputes related to inland costs (no workflow handling)
61 Coordinates with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of CH shipments
61 Prepares and handles monthly work order statement for vendor billing
61 Be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
61 Review customers feedback and help implement measures to improve customer satisfaction
61 Assist in the rollout of new and existing product offerings by HL
61 Support manager with problem solving
61 Handling of cases via Case Management (SF)
Qualifications:
1,Diploma with 1-3 years relevant working experience in Maritime and logistics Industry.
2,Good spoken and write English
3,Good knowledge of excel
4,Working knowledge of local regulations / laws
5,Positive attitude, can work under pressure.

6,協調和監控駁船進度和艙位,確保及時交貨。
7,監控卡車司機和設備的可達性,以確定單程運輸的可用性,以節省成本。
8,核查發票和訂單的差異,必要時糾正。
9,監控和評估運輸的表現,如有需要,發部服務異常。
10,更新和發布卡車,鐵路,駁船和支線運輸限制,重型運輸阻塞日歷等。
11,協調運輸貨物,包括接收將進口MH改為CH的運輸要求。
12,通過案例管理(SF)/電子郵件和電話聯系內部和外部客戶獲得額外的信息。
13,監控和分析業務流程和KPI /質量承諾的表現
14,調查并解決CH出貨問題。
