POSITION SCOPE崗位范圍 :
發(fā)動機測試項目試驗前準備，上下臺架，執(zhí)行大綱試驗任務(wù)；并配合支持試驗設(shè)備維護和故障處理；
Engine test project preparation, dock in and undock engine, perform test operation according to test plan; support equipment and troubleshooting;

POSITION PURPOSE崗位目標 :
-發(fā)動機試驗相關(guān)的零件、設(shè)備的安裝、拆卸，PUMA參數(shù)設(shè)置；
-按照測試大綱要求完成試驗，準確采集數(shù)據(jù)，并能根據(jù)試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行發(fā)動機故障分析；
-engine testing related components and instruments installation and disassemble，PUMA parameter configuration；
-finish test as following the test plan reqirement，colltect data coorectly，and engine fault recgnition and troubleshooting base on the data acquired；

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES崗位關(guān)鍵職責:
- 負責試驗前準備工作，包括EGP， 排氣管，后處理部件，可移動設(shè)備等
- 按要求上下臺架，并保持現(xiàn)場整潔
- 負責臺架日常點檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時處理
- 試驗前檢查測試設(shè)備，確保設(shè)備處于正常狀態(tài)
- 按大綱要求操作PUMA試驗系統(tǒng)進行試驗
- 負責試驗過程中的部件更換, 發(fā)動機保養(yǎng), 故障排除等
- 確保“實時”試驗數(shù)據(jù)的有效性
- Responsible for test preparation, including EGP, AFT components, exhaust pipe, portable instruments etc.
- Dock in end undock engine, and keep test cell clean and tidy
- Responsible for daily check, fix issues if needed
- Check test equipment before test and guarantee the readiness
- Operate PUMA system to complete test task according to test plan
- Responsible for component replacement, engine service and troubleshooting
- Make sure online test data valid
