You will be responsible for thetechnical support to frontline engineers, users, and other departments.
Your key responsibilities:

Provide maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex issues.

Lead the research on major technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective instrument product service.
●
Provide technical support for product lifecycle management, develop technical standards, compile, review, and update technical documentation。
●
Follow up on product quality issues, communicate with headquarters, and provide technical solutions or feedback from headquarters.
●
Ensures the smooth and effective implementation of product lifecycle management.
Basic Requirements of the Job：
You must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field, at least five years of experience developing or repairing mainstream mass spectrometer equipment.
You should have:

Proficient in the application principles and hardware architecture of mass spectrometers

Ability to independently repair and analyze hardware faults and common application issues
●
Fluent in spoken, written, and spoken English, and be able to communicate proficiently within a multinational team.
