Reporting to:
Production Supervisor
崗位描述 Job description：
● 嚴格按照操作規程操作確保測試區域內人身和設備安全.
Follow instructions strictly and guarantee the safety of person and equipment in testing field.
● 根據測試程序對產品進行最終檢驗和測試，確保產品符合出廠標準；
Conduct final checking and testing according to work instruction to ensure the product conforming standards before delivery.
● 整理和存檔產品質量的數據，支持發貨質量的持續提升；
Well document product quality record and support delivery quality improvement.
● 參與制定和更新測試指導；
Prepare testing work instruction and keep updating in time.
● 改進測試流程、工具、設備和儀器以提高效率，保證質量；
Improve testing process/tools/equipment and instruments to improve efficiency and product quality.
● 充分理解測試系統配置，需要時對測試系統的進行升級；
Fully understand the configuration of testing system, and update testing system if needed.
● 維護和保養測試工具、設備和儀器使其在完好狀態。
Maintain all the tools/equipment and instruments to ensure them in good condition.
● 在工作中,不斷進行專業知識的積累和學習,使自身的素質與技能不斷提高并與公司業務需求同步發展.
Continually accept and learn related knowledge, develop ability and skills to meet the requirement of company business growth.
要求 Requirement：
● 大學本科學歷，自動化或電氣工程相關專業；
Bachelor’s degree in automation or electronics engineering
● 良好的團隊合作意識和溝通能力；
Good cooperation and communication as good team player
● 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；
Be good at English in reading, writing and speaking
● 一定的抗壓能力
Be able to work under pressure
