Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Development Director 。
The Test Development Director role is accountable for driving the Embedded Power Products manufacturing testing solutions to meet industrialization requirements. The role oversees and refines the prototypes and industrialization stage products Testing methodology, Test process, Test coverage, equipment/automation solutions, fixtures need. The Test Development Director ensures that the Testing solutions adhere to the UPH, Capacity, and Quality requirements. The Test Development Director collaborates closely with the R
