Your Tasks: ? Handling of incoming customer enquiries. ? Prepare price quotations and sales invoices. ? Prepare purchase orders to the manufacturing plants abroad and local vendors. ? Liaise and communicate with the company’s warehouse keeper on shipment and company (e.g. filing of documentation, telephone answering, reception duties, etc.) Your Profile: ? Diploma holder or above in business administration or other related disciplines ? Good computer skill, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint ? Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin ? Working experience as sales officer with marketing experience is preferred ? Capable to work in a team, self-initiative and able to cope with job responsibilities ? Upon completion of training on the job and qualification of the above-mentioned job duties, the position may be further enhanced with additional job duties and tasks as well as empowerment (e.g. full responsibilities of sales key accounts, purchases and logistics handling, marketing activities etc.)
