Manage dealer input and output,negotiate orders,ensure sales KPI ● Help the company distributors to sell through the company parts, recommend new product line to the distributors. ● Provide training to distributor sales team on product and business knowledge to help them grow the sales. ● Manage Sales staff and push KPI to be achieved ● Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and forecast. ● Cooperate with Product Marketing by providing competitors’ price, samples and activities if necessary. ● Understand the VM specialist channel operation and competition status and provide feedback and suggestions on fine tune TRW/ZF generalist channel approaches. ● Specialist parts channel layout development Your Profile: ● Bachelor's degree or above, major in sales and marketing preferred; ● At least 5 years in sales position. Sales knowledge in auto aftermarket is preferred; ● Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be good at customer management; ● Results oriented, can work under pressure. Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player. ● English reading and business travel is a must. ● Good computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint; good analytical skills and mindset.
