【職位描述】
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
This is a E2E role designed for marketer who is passionate about building the future of our brands. You will be responsible for new format and new business model exploration, own the complete business lifecycle, from initial innovation to scaled growth.
1. Craft and deliver innovation from 0 to 1.
- Deep understanding of TA, market, category segments, channels to uncover innovation opportunities.
- Craft product concepts and claims, product mix, packaging, and key product communications/assets. Ensure innovation projects landing OTIF.
2. Support manager on brand strategy planning (IBP) and execution, build brand from 1 to 10.
- Translate marketing initiatives to actionable plans for various product lines
